The Schenectady County incident happened at around 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 10, in the village of Scotia on Bruce Street. The victim told police the suspect came up behind him and threatened him with a gun. The suspect then forcibly stole his car before fleeing toward North Ballston Avenue.
