Drunk Driver Busted With LSD During Traffic Stop In Region, Police Say A 36-year-old man is facing driving while intoxicated charges after allegedly being caught drunk behind the wheel with illegal drugs in the car, police said. The upstate New York incident happened Thursday evening, Aug. 31, in Warren County, on Route 9 in Lake George, according to state police. Connecticut resident Andrew Tustian, of Stratford, was stopped for multiple vehicle and traffic law violations before troopers determined he was intoxicated, police said.
