Are There More Victims? Man From Region Accused Of Meeting '14-Year-Old' For Sex Police in the region say there may be more victims out there after a man was arrested for allegedly traveling to meet who he believed was a 14-year-old for sex. Albany County resident Blair Paczkowski, age 47, of Colonie, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 9, following an investigation by State Police’s Computer Crimes Unit and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Investigators determined that Paczkowski had made plans to drive to an agreed location in Colonie in order to meet the purported teen for “sexual exploitation,” police said.
