Hey Ulster County Extras, Here's When 'Poker Face' Will Be Premiering On Peacock
Hey, all of you hundreds, maybe thousands of extras who worked on the upcoming series "Poker Face," which was filmed throughout the Hudson Valley, you'll get to see yourself on TV pretty soon.
Peacock announced last week the 10-part series starring Natasha Lyonne will air on Peacock on Thursday, Jan. 26.
The murder-mystery series, which was based out of Newburgh’s Umbra studios, was filmed throughout the Hudson Valley for much of this year with locations in Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, and Ulster counties, according to Laurent Rejto, director of the Hudson Valley Film Commission.

Ex-College Athlete Found Guilty In Stabbing Of Roommate From Region
A 23-year-old Long Island man was found guilty of stabbing his former college lacrosse teammate, a Northern Westchester County man, during a dispute about a loud party.
Matthew Stockfeder was convicted on Thursday, March 24, of first-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon in the 2019 stabbing of his then-roommate Justin Corpolongo, according to Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz.

Man Convicted On One Of Two Charges In Double-Fatal Crash In Region
A Northern Westchester man has been found guilty of one of two serious charges in connection with a wrong-way, head-on crash that left two people dead.
Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah announced on Tuesday, Feb. 8, that after a four-week-long bench trial, Somers resident Jaime Paucar was found guilty for a crash he caused while intoxicated, which resulted in the death of two Ardsley residents.
Paucar, age 52, was found guilty on Monday, Feb. 7, of two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, but was found not guilty of the more serious charge of second-degree murder, s…
