Craig Ross Jr., age 47, pleaded guilty to kidnapping with intent to collect ransom and predatory sexual assault against a child as part of a plea deal in Saratoga County Court on Wednesday, Feb. 21. Hospital Stabbings: ID Released For Patient Accused Of Attacking Capital Region Nurses A patient accused of stabbing two nurses at a hospital in the region has been arrested a week after the attacks. Scott Williams, age 60, of Hudson Falls in Washington County, was taken into custody Sunday, Oct. 8, on an open arrest warrant, according to Saratoga Springs Police.
