Loch Sheldrake Attacks Deputies After Narcan Brings Him Back To Life, Police Say A 40-year-old who overdosed on drugs and was brought back to life with Narcan allegedly attacked deputies who saved him, police said. The incident took place in Sullivan County in Lake Kiamesha around 12 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 19 on Route 42. According to Sullivan County Undersheriff Eric Chaboty, deputies responded to the scene of a vehicle crash and found a 2022 Toyota Prius in a ditch and Robert Forgione, of Loch Sheldrake, sitting on the ground against the car. Man Enters Manslaughter Plea For Crash That Killed Man In Sullivan County A man has pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the connection with a crash that killed a man in Sullivan County. James Greco, age 52, of Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, pled guilty on Wednesday, May 11, to felony vehicular manslaughter, said Sullivan County District Attorney Meagan Galligan.  According to Galligan, Greco was driving a pickup truck on Route 42 in the Town of Fallsburg on Friday, May 21, 2021, with oxycodone and fentanyl in his system, crossing a double yellow line and crashing into a vehicle driven by Jose Daniel Roldan-Roldan, age 29, of Spring Valley. Fatal, Multiple-Vehicle Crash Shuts Down Route 42 In Sullivan County A busy roadway in the area is closed in both directions due to a multiple-vehicle crash. The crash took place around 12:30 p.m., Friday, May 21 in Sullivan County on Route 42 in the area of South Fallsburg, the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office said. Currently, Route 42 is closed in both directions between South Fallsburg and Fallsburg.  Motorists are asked to seek alternate routes, as the closure will be indefinite.
