3 Dead Following Head-On Capital Region Crash Three people were killed in a head-on highway crash in the region. The Greene County wreck happened just before 5 p.m. Saturday, July 20, on Route 23 in the town of Windham. Sheriff’s officials said a Buick SUV was heading eastbound on State Route 23 when it collided with a westbound Chevrolet pickup truck near the intersection of Cross Road. Two passengers in the Buick were pronounced dead at the scene, while a third Buick passenger died at Albany Medical Center. Alert Issued For Missing Capital Region Man Police are asking for help in locating a man from the region who was reported missing. Saratoga County resident Robert Crofut left his Moreau home at around 10 a.m. Friday, July 5, according to sheriff’s officials. He was driving a white 2011 Dodge Dakota pickup truck with New York license plate number 18186JE. Crofut, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, is 5-foot-7 and 120 pounds, and is bald with blue eyes. Man Killed In Hudson Valley Crash With Tractor-Trailer Police are investigating after a 74-year-old Connecticut man was killed during a two-vehicle crash in the Hudson Valley. The incident occurred in Dutchess County at the intersection of Route 22 and Route 55 in the town of Dover, a hamlet of Wingdale, around 3:45 p.m., Thursday, June 13. According to Capt.
