Covid-19: Here Are Latest Number Of Cases As Ulster, Sullivan Move To Phase 2 Of Reopening There are more than 500 active novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in Ulster and Sullivan counties as the Hudson Valley prepares to enter into Phase 2 of its reopening plans this week. Since the pandemic hit the region in mid-March, there have been 1,767 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ulster County, with 487 still active.
