County man has been charged with the alleged murder of a woman who was found lying on the floor of her apartment stabbed multiple times. Renee Spencer, age 68, of Yonkers, was found around 1:20 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 11, inside her apartment on Nepperhan Avenue.
