The bust took place around 1:30 a.m, Saturday, Jan. 1, when state troopers stopped a 2010 Nissan Altima on North Front Street in Kingston for a traffic law violation, said Trooper Steven Nevel. Members of the Ulster County Sheriff's Office report the arrest of Christopher B. Piccoli, of Shandaken, on Wednesday, June 10. Piccoli was arrested during the execution of a search warrant by deputies and investigators from the Ulster County District Attorney's Office at a residence on Silver Hollow Road in Chichester, the department said. State Police Issue Alert For Woman Wanted In Ulster County An alert has been issued by New York State Police as they attempt to locate a wanted woman who was busted with drugs during a traffic stop in Ulster County. Ebony Barber, 38, of Gwynn Oak, Maryland, is wanted after being arrested and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following a stop on Route 209 in the Town of Ulster in March 2017. Barber was also cited for possession of marijuana and for speeding.
