The incident occurred in Orange County shortly after 5 p.m., Tuesday, April 16, in Chester at the Whispering Hills Complex. Chester Fire Chief Tom Marchiano told Mark Lieb of Rockland Video Productions that when firefighters arrived, they found flames shooting through the roof of one of the buildings in the center of the complex. Man's Body Found At Shopping Plaza In Region Authorities are investigating after a man's body was found at a shopping plaza in Northern Westchester.  The body was found on Tuesday, Aug. 29 just before 10 a.m., when authorities responded to the Crossroads Plaza located at 1101 Main St. (Route 6) in Peekskill, according to Peekskill Police Lt. Adam Renwick.  There, police found a deceased man on the property of the plaza, who has not yet been identified, Renwick said.
