An alleged commercial burglar in the region is behind bars after he forgot to cover his tracks, literally. Police in Albany were called at around 3:20 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 7 for a burglary in progress at the Stop 1 Deli & Grocery on Second Avenue. By the time officers arrived, the culprit had fled with the store’s cash register.
