34-Year-Old Man Killed In Single-Car Crash In Region A 34-year-old man was killed in a single-car crash in the Hudson Valley after his 2006 Acura RSX ran off the roadway. The collision occurred in Orange County on a stretch of I-84 around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 17 in the town of Greenville. New York State Police Trooper Steven Nevel said Christopher Martini, from Matamoras, Pennsylvania, was killed when his vehicle ran off the roadway and he was ejected. Troopers begin life-saving measures. Port Jervis EMS pronounced Martini dead on the scene. The incident is still under investigation.

The crash took place in Orange County around 7:30 a.m., on Thursday, June 8 on Route 6 in Greenville, said Trooper Steven Nevel, of the New York State Police.  Nevel said troopers responded to the intersection of Route 6 and Mountain Road in the town of Greenville for the report of a two-vehicle crash involving injuries. Man Charged With Arson Of Family Home That Killed Dog In Area, Police Say A Hudson Valley man has been charged with arson and cruelty to animals in connection with a fire at his parent's home that killed the family dog. Orange County resident Brett Bayo, age 29, from the town of Greenville was arrested by New York State Police for third-degree arson and aggravated cruelty to animals, both felonies.
