Monticello Man Nabbed In Theft Of $7K From Parked Vehicle A man from the region has been charged with grand larceny in connection with the theft of $7,500 from a vehicle parked at a construction site.  The incident took place in Sullivan County around 5:15 p.m., Tuesday, May 30 on Pleasant Street in the village of Monticello. According to Lt. Mark Johnstone of the Monticello Police, officers responded to a report of the theft at a construction job site on Pleasant Street.
