Man From Region Nabbed With Semi-Automatic Ghost Gun, Police Say A Hudson Valley man was nabbed with a loaded semi-automatic gun after police responded to a report of a dispute. The incident took place in Dutchess County around 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 15 in the city of Poughkeepsie. According to the Poughkeepsie Police, officers responded to the area of Main and Rose Streets to investigate the dispute.   One of the people involved in the dispute was reported to have a handgun. A description of the man with the gun was broadcast to responding units and a person matching the description was located in the area of Garden Street, police said. …
