Corrections Officer Pleads Guilty To Forcible Touching Of Inmate In Hudson Valley A former corrections officer from the Hudson Valley has pleaded guilty to forcible touching and unlawful imprisonment of an inmate. Rockland County District Attorney Thomas E. Walsh II announced that John Kezek, of Knoxville, Tennessee, formerly of the state of Florida, who was a correction officer at the Rockland County jail made the plea on Tuesday, April 25. Man From Region Charged With Forcible Touching After Walk-In Complaint A Northern Westchester man has been arrested for allegedly forcibly touching a woman against her will on two separate occasions.  The incident was reported in Yorktown on Thursday, Aug. 25 by the woman who reported the incident to Yorktown Police. An investigation led police to Jose Pablo Cruz, age 40, of Yorktown who turned himself in to police on Thursday, Sept. 22, said the Yorktown Police. Area Business Owner Accused Of Forcibly Touching Employee The owner of a business in the Hudson Valley was arrested and accused of forcibly touching an employee.  The New York State Police reported that 30-year-old Orange County resident Yida Falkovitz, of Highland Mills, was arrested on Monday, Nov. 8. Police said Falkovitz owns a business in the Town of Chester. He was charged with forcible touching, police said.  Authorities said he is set to appear in court on Wednesday, Nov. 24.

Man Arrested For 'Forcibly Touching The Intimate Parts' Of Minor In Area  A Hudson Valley man is facing charges for allegedly inappropriately touching a child, New York State Police announced. On Friday, Oct. 29, New York State Police troopers from the Rhinebeck barracks and members of the Dutchess County Child Advocacy Center and Child Protective Services arrested Paul Butler, age 33, of Red Hook, for forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. Both charges are misdemeanors.
