The incident took place in Dutchess County around 8 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 16 when police responded to 881 Dutchess Turnpike in the town of Poughkeepsie on a report of an armed kidnapping, Town of Poughkeepsie Police said. Two Store Clerks Charged With Selling Alcohol To Minor During Detail, State Police Say Two store clerks were charged with selling alcohol to a minor during an underage enforcement operation conducted by state police in the area. The detail, held on Saturday, May 23 in Dutchess, utilized an underage volunteer to purchase alcohol under the observation of plainclothes investigators and supported by uniformed troopers.
