IDs Released Of 2 Men, 2 Women Killed In Wrong-Way I-95 Crash The identities have been released of two men and two women all in their 20s who were killed in a horrific wrong-way crash on a stretch of I-95 in Connecticut. It happened at around 1:25 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 25 in New Haven County on the southbound side when a Chevrolet Silverado was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes in West Haven, Connecticut State Police said.  The pickup truck then crashed into a Nissan Altima while in the left lane.  Following impact, the Silverado entered the center lane and collided with a southbound Nissan Sentra.&…

28-Year-Old Killed After BMW Crashes In Highlands A 28-year-old was killed after passing a dump truck on the shoulder of a roadway and then hitting a Cadillac Silverado in the Hudson Valley. Rockland County resident Dillon Ortiz, was killed in Orange County around 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5 on Route 293 in the town of Highlands. Impaired Man Found Slumped Over Steering Wheel With Drugs In Area, Police Say A Hudson Valley man high on drugs was found slumped over the steering wheel of a car, according to New York State Police. Troopers in Dutchess County found Ronald Corbin, age 48, of East Fishkill, at around 9 p.m. Friday, June 10, at the ShopRite store on Route 82 in LaGrange. Witnesses had called 911 and reported an unresponsive man lying over the steering wheel, police said. Troopers determined that Corbin had driven his Chevrolet Silverado while under the influence of drugs.  A search of the truck turned up approximately 3.8 grams of cocaine and 1.6 grams of oxycodone and hydrochl…

ID Released For Man Killed In Crash Involving Ulster Public Works Trucks The identity of a man killed in a three-vehicle crash on the Ulster/Orange county line has been released. The crash happened around 9:30 a.m., Monday, Nov. 4, on Albany Post Road (Route 9) in Shawangunk. Two of the vehicles involved belonged to the Ulster County Public Works Department, Nevel said.
