46-Year-Old Killed In Rollover Crash On Area Roadway A 46-year-old area man was killed in a rollover crash on an area roadway, police said. Orange County resident Daniel P. Sullivan, age 46, of Campbell Hall, died around 8:15 p.m., Monday, March 14, following the crash on Sarah Wells Trail in Campbell Hall, said Trooper Steven Nevel. When troopers arrived on the scene, they found a 2015 Honda Accord off the roadway and on its roof, Nevel said. An investigation revealed that the car was traveling eastbound when it left the roadway for unknown reasons and struck a rock causing it to flip over, Nevel added. Suspect Nabbed After Fatal Stabbing Of 22-Year-Old In Area A Hudson Valley man has been arrested for the alleged stabbing murder of another area man during a dispute. The incident took place in Orange County. around 8:30 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 20 in the city of Middletown when police received a call for a dispute with weapons involved. According to Lt. Jeffery Thoelen, of the Middletown Police, when officers responded to the area of 9 Maryland Ave., for a report of a dispute that possibly involved weapons they were flagged down by several people inside of a 2014 Acura four-door sedan, who said they needed assistance with a passenger inside of the vehic…

ID Released For Man Killed On Snowmobile In Area A man killed during a snowmobile crash in the area has been identified by New York State Police. David White, 34, of Campbell Hall, was killed at 10:20 a.m., Monday, Dec. 2, after crashing a snowmobile into a tree on Quarry Road in Campbell Hall in Orange County, said Trooper Steven Nevel. When police arrived on the scene they found White near the sled, Nevel said. An investigation revealed that White lost control of the snowmobile and struck a tree and was ejected.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.  Nevel said White was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

The incident took place in Orange County around 10:20 a.m., Monday, Dec. 2, when the driver of a snowmobile struck a tree in the area of 45 Quarry Road in Campbell Hall, said New York State Police Trooper Steven Nevel. According to Nevel, the man, who was pronounced dead on the scene, has not been identified. Troopers are still on the scene conducting an investigation. This is a developing story.
