The owners of Frida’s Café & Bakery in Milton in Ulster County announced on Thursday, May 12, that the eatery was back in business. “We are thrilled to announce that Frida's is officially open!!! The Central opened at the Peekskill Train Station in November. Ulster County Cafe Serving Up Fresh-Fried Doughnuts A new waterfront cafe is brewing coffee and frying up hot, made-to-order doughnuts. Along with doughnuts, Half Moon Rondout Cafe at 36 Broadway in Kingston also serves up babka and coffee cake.
