Yanet Patricia Arroyo, now 58, was arrested on charges of first, second and third-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree conspiracy on Oct. 6 of 1998.  To accrue a first-degree criminal possession charge, an individual must have eight or more ounces of a drug, according to New York Penal Law. Woman Charged With Drug Possession Has Been At Large For Decades An alert has been issued by New York State Police investigators regarding a woman born in Mexico with ties to Colombia who has been wanted for more than 20 years on Long Island. Yanet Patricia Arroyo, 57, of Ozone Park, is wanted by New York State Police in Farmingdale after she was arrested on Oct. 6, 1998, by members of the Troop L Narcotics Enforcement Unit.
