Long Island Man Indicted For Alleged Sex Trafficking Operation
A 29-year-old man has been indicted for allegedly conducting a sex trafficking operation on Long Island. William Wilkinson, of Hempstead, was arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 2, said Suffolk County District Attorney Timothy D. Sini. An investigation by the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and the Suffolk County Police Department’s Human Trafficking Investigations Unit revealed evidence that Wilkinson allegedly ran a sex trafficking operation throughout Suffolk and Nassau counties as early as November 2019.
