Man Accused Of Stealing Cash From Register At Suffolk County Gas Station Police on Long Island are searching for an unidentified man who reportedly stole from the cash register of an area BP gas station.  According to Suffolk County Police, the man robbed the West Hills gas station on Walt Whitman Road at approximately 10 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 11.  Information that leads to the arrest of the individual can be exchanged for a cash reward with Suffolk County Crime Stoppers, who can be contacted online, using the P3Tips mobile app or by calling 800-220-TIPS.
