4/20 Enforcement Detail Results In Numerous Charges In Suffolk County An enforcement detail on Saturday, April 20 resulted in numerous charges throughout Suffolk County, police say. New York State Police worked with law enforcement partners in Suffolk County to conduct a multi-agency “4/20” enforcement operation focusing on driving while ability impaired (DWAI) and unlawful possession of marijuana. The detail involved both stationary and roving checkpoints throughout Suffolk County.
