Semi-Conscious Woman Rescued From Suffolk County House Fire Officers rescued a semi-conscious woman who was trapped inside a Long Island house that caught fire. The blaze began around 12:45 a.m. Monday, Aug. 23, at the home located on Udall Road in Bay Shore, according to the Suffolk County Police Department.  SCPD said the officers who responded were Ronald Racioppi, Christopher Grenia, Richard Meyer, and Thomas Komoroski. Bay Shore Man Stabs Boyfriend's Landlord During Dispute, Police Say Police arrested a suspect for allegedly stabbing his boyfriend's landlord at a residence on Long Island. The incident took place in Bay Shore around 1 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 10 during a dispute between the landlord and his tenants’ boyfriend, Anthony Cook, age 35, said the Suffolk County Police. Cook stabbed the man with a kitchen knife inside the living room, located on Udall Road. Police responded and transported the 70-year-old victim to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
