Police On Long Island Investigate After Anti-Semitic Flyers Left On Front Lawns Police are investigating after bags of anti-Semitic flyers were left on Long Islanders' front lawns. Residents in Oceanside and Rockville Centre reported that they recovered clear plastic bags containing multiple flyers at about 9:50 a.m. on Thursday, July 21, the Nassau County Police Department reported. NCPD said the bags were found on lawns of homes throughout both neighborhoods. Investigators believe a white 2009-2010 Toyota Prius may be involved, because the car was scene in the areas where the flyers were distributed. One Killed In Four-Vehicle Suffolk County Crash Police are investigating after a 75-year-old driver died in a four-vehicle crash on Long Island. New York State Police said the crash happened around 3:15 p.m. Monday, July 12 in Suffolk County, on the Southern State Parkway, east of Exit 38 in the Town of Babylon. Man Critically Injured In Southern State Parkway Crash Involving Drunk Driver, Police Say A man was hospitalized in critical condition after a two-car crash involving a drunk driver on the Southern State Parkway on Saturday night, May 4, state police said. The crash occurred just before 9 p.m. on the westbound side at Exit 41N, in Islip.  Preliminary investigation revealed that a 2017 Honda Accord with two occupants and a 2011 Toyota Prius, also with two occupants, collided in the right lane, state police said.
