The crash took place around 4:18 a.m., Tuesday, May 18 in Sullivan County in the town of Thompson, said New State Police Trooper AJ Hicks. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, state police said. Two Teens Struck, Killed By Car Driven By Retired Judge, NY State Police Say A pair of teenagers have died after being fatally struck by an 86-year-old former judge, New York State Police investigators in the Hudson Valley announced.
