Man Who Dressed As Woman Nabbed After Robbing Commack Bank, Police Say A man who authorities in New York say robbed a bank while dressed as a woman has been apprehended. The incident happened on Long Island around 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 in Commack. The man entered Teachers Federal Credit Union, located at 10 Vanderbilt Motor Parkway, and handed a teller a note demanding cash, Suffolk County Police said. Man Commits Violent Acts Against Employees At Sayville Movie Theater, Police Say A Long Island man committed violent acts against two movie theater employees, including a teenager, police announced. A physical altercation in Sayville occurred outside Sayville Cinemas, located at 103 Railroad Ave., between a female employee and a customer on Saturday, June 18, at approximately 9:40 p.m., Suffolk County Police said.
