Long Island Woman Drove Drunk With 8-Year-Old In Backseat, Police Say A Long Island woman was arrested for alleged DWI under Leandra's Law after officers found her passed out behind the wheel with a child in the vehicle Cindy Arriola, age 30, of Lynbrook, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 26 after Nassau County Police spotted her vehicle stopped on the side of a roadway around 2:12 a.m. in Lynbrook. According to Nassau County Police, a Lynbrook Police officer spotted a 2018 Honda Accord stopped on the shoulder of Sunrise Highway at the intersection of Rocklyn Avenue.
