The blaze broke out just before 6 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4 in West Islip. Emergency responders rushed to the scene after a 911 caller reported a fire at the residence on the 100 block of Udall Road. Two brothers who lived at the residence, Matthew Kreamer, age 24, and Kyle Dilegame, age 16, were located dead inside the home, Suffolk County Police said. One Burned When Gas-Fed Tank Explodes At Suffolk County Home One person was burned when an active gas-fed tank exploded at a home on Long Island. The incident began in Suffolk County around 9:56 a.m., Thursday, June 25, in the area of Paprocki Avenue and Chestnut Place in West Islip, said the West Islip Fire Department. Assistant Chief Robert Celeste, who arrived first on the scene, confirmed the tank explosion with an active gas-fed fire and one burn victim.  Firefighters quickly stretched hose lines to start cooling the tank and knocking down the fire, the department said. Man Found Shot In Pickup Truck On Suffolk County Highway Police are asking the public for help after finding a man shot inside a vehicle at the intersection of Northville Turnpike and County Road 58. Riverhead Police discovered the man around 10: 11 p.m., Friday, Sept. 6, after receiving numerous 911 calls reporting a vehicle crash and a possible shooting, said Riverhead Police Det. Mark Stromski. When officers arrived on the scene they found a Hispanic male inside of a Dodge Dakota pickup truck parked on the side of the roadway, Stromski said.
