Beloved Chef Phil Pasfield, Co-Owner Of The Brixton In Babylon, Dies At 34 Popular and hip chef Phil Pasfield of The Brixton in Babylon, died unexpectedly on Friday, April 26. He was 34.  His sister, Sandy Scott announced his death on Saturday, April 27 via Facebook, saying the loss of her brother was sudden and unexpected. A cause of death has not been disclosed. "I have no words to describe how I am feeling but I know I am suffering from an extreme loss," Scott wrote.
