Teen Assaults Security Officer During Long Island Walmart Attempted Robbery, Police Say An 18-year-old assaulted and injured a security officer after attempting to rob a Long Island Walmart, police said. It happened around 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19 in Valley Stream, Nassau County Police said. The crash occurred at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24 in the town of Babylon in Suffolk County when a 2005 Toyota Sienna with four occupants was traveling eastbound on the Southern State Parkway west of Exit 35 (Wellwood Ave.) when it made contact with a 2014 Toyota Camry traveling in the center lane and lost control, state police said.
