19: Long Island Teacher Indicted For Using Fake Vaccination Card
A high school teacher on Long Island is facing charges for allegedly submitting a forged COVID-19 vaccination card in an effort to circumvent her district’s required testing rules, the District Attorney announced. Sewanhaka High School teacher Tricia Manno, age 47, of Lindenhurst, has been indicted on multiple charges for the alleged false card, which she used in an effort to prove her vaccination status to district officials and later attempted to cover up. Missing Floral Park Girl Located
A Floral Park girl who had gone missing has been located, Nassau County Police said. Isabella Muniz of Floral Park was reported missing to Nassau County Police around 7 p.m., Tuesday, May 21 after failing to return home from high school, police said. According to detectives, Muniz was last seen on foot leaving Sewanhaka High School in an unknown direction. Police said Muniz was located on Wednesday, May 22. They did not say where she was found, or the circumstances surrounding her disappearance.
