Four Charged During State Liquor Authority Inspection At Suffolk Club Three men and a woman were charged after a State Liquor Authority inspection at a Long Island club. It happened on Saturday, Feb. 8 after 11:30 p.m. in Deer Park. The four charged by Suffolk County Police First Precinct Crime Section and patrol officers were: William Haverkamp, 69, of Centereach, was charged with one count of failure to maintain security guard records and one count of failure to maintain proprietary security guard license to employ.
