Robbery Suspect Nabbed After Punching Manager Of Long Island Lounge In Face, Police Say
A man was apprehended after he stole a hat from the manager of a Long Island lounge before punching him in the face and stealing his cell phone, police said.
It incident began around 4:40 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 26 in New Cassel.
Upon arrival, a 27-year-old male victim told police that a male suspect, later identified as Luis Lopez, entered Mystique Hookah Lounge, located at 973 Old Country Road, where he is employed as manager, and caused a disturbance, Nassau County Police say.
