SPCA Charges Suffolk County Woman With Animal Cruelty For Mistreating Dog
Investigators from the SPCA on Long Island arrested a woman who is facing an animal cruelty charge after being arrested for allegedly neglecting her mistreated dog.
In Suffolk County, SPCA detectives charged Marylyn Richards, age 58, of West Babylon, on Friday, Oct. 22 following an investigation into allegations that she failed to provide her dog with veterinary care and grooming which caused the dog severe pain, discomfort, and suffering.
