The incident took place in Levittown around 3:40 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 11 at the Kent Garden Apartments on Division Avenue. Man Makes Terroristic Threat After Attempting To Set Vehicle On Fire, Nassau County PD Says A 37-year-old man was arrested after allegedly making terroristic threats and attempting to set a vehicle on fire at a Long Island home. William Witcher, of Far Rockaway, Queens, was charged at an area hospital after Nassau County Police responded to a home on Bayview Avenue in Inwood around 3:15 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 13, on the report of a disturbance, police said.
