Long Island Business News reported on Monday, Jan. 10, that Rockefeller Group purchased a 50,559-square-foot office building, which is located at 1 Media Crossways in Woodbury, and a 10,291-square-foot industrial building, located at 200 Crossways Park Drive West. The office building property was sold for $10.25 million, and the industrial building property was sold for $11 million, the site said.
