The incident took place in Kings Park around 4 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 26, on Route 25A near Kings Park High School. According to detectives, a 37-year-old woman, now identified as Pamela Giuliano, of Kings Park, was driving a 2016 Nissan northbound on Lawrence Road when she struck the teen crossing Route 25A, said the Suffolk County Police.
