The restaurant at 745 Middle Country Road is in a former Subway/Nathan's location. The fare includes fresh poke bowls, natural smoothies, juices, and bubble tea, dumplings, and chicken. The cafe is catching on fast with locals. "You come in and order from a poke station and look through the counter and see what you want and we have a side to order dumplings and chicken," said manager Eva Chan.
