Suffolk Man Charged With DWI In Upstate Stop
A Long Island man was among 24 arrested for alleged impaired driving during a traffic stop upstate. New York State Police troopers from Catskill arrested East Northport resident Joseph Scutellaro, 52, on Saturday, Sept. 28, when he committed a traffic violation on Route 23 in Cairo. During the subsequent traffic stop, it was determined that Scutellaro was allegedly under the influence of alcohol and he was arrested.
