ID Released For Man Struck, Killed By Vehicle On Long Island
The identity of a 64-year-old man who was killed after being struck by a vehicle last week on Long Island has been released. The incident happened on Wednesday, Oct. 2 at 12:05 a.m. in Mineola, Nassau County Police said. The victim, now identified as Joseph Harrison of Williston Park, was riding his bicycle southbound on Mineola Boulevard at Washington Avenue when he was struck by an unknown southbound vehicle, police said.
