Police: Long Island Teen Drove At High Rate Of Speed Through Area With Dozens Of Pedestrians A Long Island teen was arrested for allegedly driving at a high rate of speed through an area crowded with numerous vehicles and dozens of pedestrians. John C. Nealy, age 19, of West Hempstead, was arrested on Monday, June 28, by Long Beach Police after an officer spotted a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and aggressively passing a stopped vehicle in a single lane of traffic.
