The murder of James Graham, 37, took place on Saturday, Dec. 14, in Freeport during the early morning hours, said the Nassau County Police. ID Released Of Man Found Dead Off Meadowbrook Parkway The identity of a man found dead off a stretch of the Meadowbrook State Parkway on Long Island has been released. State Police said that at approximately 9:38 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 16, road workers discovered the body wrapped in a tarp in the tree line of the parkway southbound ramp to M7 West (Babylon Turnpike).
