Andrew Frey, 54, of Coram, was arrested Friday, Nov. 15, by the FBI and the Suffolk County Police Department.  Frey is charged with attempted trafficking by force and attempted kidnapping, said the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. Naugatuck Police detectives searched Maple Massage on New Haven Road on Wednesday, 23, following an investigation into reports that patrons were paying for more than massages at the business.
