Fatal Crash: 40-Year-Old Victim ID'd After 2-Vehicle Bay Shore Collision Police on Long Island are investigating a crash in which a person was killed after crashing into an SUV. The crash took place in Suffolk County around 8:20 p.m., Thursday, April 20 in Bay Shore. According to Suffolk County Police, Felix Rivera was driving a 2005 Honda motorcycle eastbound on Union Boulevard when the motorcycle crashed into a 2004 Jeep SUV that was turning from westbound Union Boulevard onto southbound Penataquit Avenue.
