4 Nabbed In Takedown Of 'Vast Drug Network' Operating In Montauk, Throughout Northeast, DA Says Four Long Island men have been arrested for allegedly running a drug ring that sold drugs through the Northeast. Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond A. Man, Woman Accused Of Drug Dealing Nabbed In Riverhead Raid Two area residents were allegedly nabbed with heroin and cocaine following a raid by the Riverhead Police Department along with East End Drug Task Force. Richard Kayte, 38, and Charlene Crump, 61, both of 47 Hinda Blvd., Riverhead, were busted on Monday, April 15, following an investigation into complaints of drug activity in the neighborhood, said Riverhead Police. During the search of the home, officers found quantities of heroin, and cocaine were recovered, along with, items and materials to cut, process and package heroin for sale, police said.
