A 4-year-old girl missing since 2019 has been found hidden in a cold, wet enclosure under a staircase in a Hudson Valley home.
Paislee Shultis was reported missing from Cayuga Heights, near Ithaca, in Tompkins County, New York, in 2019, before being located in Ulster County on Valentine's Day, Monday, Feb. 14.
At the time, the child was believed to have been abducted by her non-custodial parents, Kimberly Cooper, and Kirk Shultis, said Saugerties Police Chief Joseph Sinagra.

Mother Faces Kidnapping Charge After Missing Suffolk Infant Found Safe
A missing 6-month-old infant girl from Long Island has been found safe in another state, after allegedly being taken by her mother, officials announced.
Southampton Town Police spent hours searching for the baby girl, of Hampton Bays, who has been missing since Tuesday, July 12, said Lt. Susan Ralph.
The baby was reported missing by her father on Thursday, July 15, who said he believed the baby was taken by her mother, Sarah Payne, of Shelter Island, and could be in Wilmington, Delaware, Ralph said.
