Unlicensed Long Island Man Drove Drove With Two Kids In Car, Police Say
An unlicensed motorist is facing a host of charges after police say he drove drunk with two children in the car on Long Island.
The traffic stop happened on Monday, Sept. 2 at 2:40 a.m. in Uniondale, the Nassau County Police Department said.
According to police, while on routine patrol, officers observed James St. Clair, 40, of Uniondale, operating a 1996 Honda Accord traveling southbound on Brookside Avenue, fail to signal at the intersection of Pine Street, police said.
