Man Accused Of Grabbing Boy, Touching Girl At Long Island Mall A man was arrested after police say he grabbed a boy and inappropriately touched a girl at a Long Island mall. The incidents happened late in the afternoon on Monday, Jan. 20 in Hicksville. According to Nassau County Police detectives, Hector Castro, 52, of Woodbury, approached a 7-year-old boy at the Broadway Mall and grabbed his leg inappropriately.
